Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what is and isn't allowed on the Nivalmi Zookeeper platform. It supplements our Terms of Service.

You may not

• Send assessments to individuals without their knowledge or required consent, or impersonate another person when completing one.
• Use the Service to make hiring, firing, promotion, or compensation decisions in ways that violate applicable labour, discrimination, or data-protection law.
• Resell, republish, sublicense, or expose assessment content or reports outside your organization without our written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or build a competing assessment from our outputs.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach authentication, authorization, or rate-limit controls. Coordinated security research is welcome — contact us first.
• Upload malware, phishing content, content that infringes IP rights, or content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or to abuse our email-sending infrastructure.
• Share login credentials or use a single account on behalf of multiple individuals.

Reporting abuse

Report violations to hello@nivalmizookeeper.com. We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate offending accounts.
